Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details never touch Azul. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
Questions
Do you charge for GPU time?
No. Azul doesn't rent out GPUs, so there is no compute bill from us. Training and serving run on machines you own. If you choose to train in the Hugging Face cloud, Hugging Face bills your own account directly and we add nothing on top.
What does a paid plan add?
More machines. Every feature works on the Free plan. Pro and Team raise how many workstations you can connect at once, so you can train on one machine while another serves.
What counts as a workstation?
Each machine you connect counts as one, however many GPUs it has. A box with four cards is still one workstation. You can remove a machine in Settings at any time to free up its slot.
Where does my data live?
Training and serving run on your own machines. Azul keeps job details like progress, loss curves, logs, and eval scores so your dashboard works from anywhere, and stores datasets and trained models so your machines can fetch them. If everything has to stay on your own infrastructure, talk to us about the Datacenter plan.
How do I get started?
Azul is in private beta and open by invite. Request an invite and you'll hear back by email. Every account starts on the Free plan, and you can upgrade from inside the app whenever you need more machines.
